How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not by us. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HolyTalk → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → HolyTalk → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Open HolyTalk, go to the Plus screen, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same App Store / Google Play account you purchased with.
How do I delete my data?
Your journals, results, and progress live on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. We keep no copy on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I turn reminders on or off?
Reminders are optional local notifications. Manage them from the app (the ⏰ icon in Gratitude, or when completing a journey day) or turn them off entirely in your phone's notification settings for HolyTalk.
A verse or reflection seems off, can I report it?
Yes, please. Email us the screenshot and what felt wrong. Scripture in HolyTalk comes from the World English Bible and is looked up word for word, but AI-generated reflections can occasionally miss the mark, and your reports make the app better for everyone.
