Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HolyTalk mobile application ("the app"), operated by UNSEEN NETWORK SRL, a company registered in Romania (Reg. Com. J2018004209123, CUI 39897085) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. What HolyTalk is, and what it is not
HolyTalk is a faith companion for reflection: conversation, Scripture, guided 7-day journeys, faith tests, and a gratitude habit. It is designed to encourage and accompany, not to treat.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you should use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Parts of the app are free. Premium features ("HolyTalk Plus") are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Prices and available plans are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
4. Your content and conduct
- What you write in the app remains yours. You grant us the limited technical permission needed to process your text through our systems and AI providers solely to generate responses for you (see our Privacy Policy).
- You agree not to misuse the app: no attempts to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service, and no use of the app to generate or spread harmful or unlawful content.
- Fair-use limits (such as daily message limits) may apply and may change.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, content, and branding are the property of UNSEEN NETWORK SRL. Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. Share cards generated by the app for your personal results may be shared freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added, or be removed. AI-powered features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be degraded or unavailable.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that responses will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNSEEN NETWORK SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of misuse of the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 5, 7, and 8) survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence (including within the EU).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Material changes will be noted in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
